Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to local and European HME customers directly or through certified Service Partners. Ensure the required level of customer satisfaction by implementing the most efficient Service strategies and processes.

Provide direct assistance to the customer where needed, remotely or directly on site.Provide equipment installation to the customer where needed, directly on site.Support the European Service network dedicated to customers and partners.Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) closely liaising with HQ and preparing documentation and training when needed.Train European Service partners, Corporate dealers according to the Company’s service strategy.Ensure that European Service networks performs accordingly to the required standards (quality, customer satisfaction, costs, etc.), implementing and monitoring performance KPIs.Propose and implement corrective actions and improvements of Service procedures and task flows;Ensure that the customer claim is efficiently taken care of through the different levels of service escalation and screening (call centre / Service partners / direct assistance).Produce the required Service reporting to HQ and to local management.Communicate with HME European sales in order to provide the customer with an integrated, high quality service, and to improve the overall customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: High School, Bachelor.Professional Background: 3-5 years’ specific experience in XRay/CT modality Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools.Language Knowledge: Very good spoken and written English.Travel  required: 80% European and domestic, international transfers may occur.Others skills: Project management, Problem solving, Multi-tasking management
