The Learning Program Manager actively contributes to develop and boost the Learning Culture of the House in a context of rapidly growing and evolving business. Critical to succeed of this role is to translate this culture into a concrete plan and prioritize with key stakeholders of the learning needs for the business to build future capabilities and leaders of tomorrow. Importantly, the vision needs to be aligned to business, brand and people ambitions and serve the CHANEL difference.
What impact you can create at Chanel
- Engage and animate the learning communities to encourage transversality at the service of employee experience. To do so, you will leverage: best practices sharing, continuous learning experience improvement, foster collective mindset across Learning teams and ensure consistency in our decision making. This governance includes Learning business teams (W&FJ, F&B, Fashion), new capabilities Learning teams (Digital, Data, Sustainability), soft skills Learning team (HR).
- Support learning programs, for both Retail and corporate population, to ensure critical and emerging soft skills such as Feedback, Safe to speak up, AI/Data
- Manage Imagine Chanel offer in close partnership with our Learning Coordinator
- Develop measurements to evaluate progress and effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive and constructive dialog between Global Learning & Capability team & HR local Learning teams.
