Europe Channel Analyst (Away From Home)
Overview Main purpose is to support markets in preparing high quality materials, documents and analyses that will contribute to ongoing delivery of key customer AOPs. Working in the international matrix is the main characteristic of the role, which requires great communication and soft skills, capability to adjust communications to recipient. Role requires proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office apps as well as analytical skills making sense out of the numbers and preparing high level conclusions/recommendations. Key in the success is coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and fragmented set of data and capability to move things forward on limited inputs. Setting the agenda for deployment of key Channel projects. Responsibilities Key Customers support (Including but not limited to: Shell, Circle K, Lagardere, Selecta) Support the analysis of key customer performance, working with market teams and commercial director to understand drivers and recommendation of joint must win battles. Critical project ownership (e.g. UCL multi market activation tracking and analysis) Rebates for Lagardere (emailing BUs, data into spreadsheet, sending to finance, chasing invoices / payments) T2T presentation preparation & logistics as required Opportunity for stretch into small customer management for right candidate Channel Community support Collate monthly scorecard for subchannels including understanding performance divers with markets. Become an expert in Nielsen data reporting for channel Central touch point for community including shaping agenda for quarterly connects with BUs Support ad hoc data collation for AOP, midyear channel reviews. Lead best practice sharing across markets as central community touch point Own key channel projects such as collation of picture of success trackers or subchannel deep dives, leveraging various data sources, cross functional support and sector/BU channel team expertise Qualifications Working experience in multi-national F&B organizations, working mainly in sales, commercial and transformation functions Very Good level of written & spoken English Proficiency in MS Office package (focus Excel, Power Point) Strong analytical skills Result-driven, agile, able to push things forward Collaboration and communication skills and ability to adopt communication styles to get what is required High level of organizational savvy and communication skills to influence without authority High level of autonomy and intellectual curiosity Strong drive for results Ability to influence without authority and utilize cross functional resources High analytical skills Expertise in MS Office (Excel) Reliability and accuracy Intelectual curiosity to seek new knowledge and skills that will enhance effectiveness
