We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to win across online eRetailers across top European markets with best-in-class eContent experiences, expanding an existing team of eContent experts.
Our eContent Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and support the current & future of P&G presence in top eRetailers across Europe, while working with some of the biggest brands in the world. The eContent Specialist will be responsible for curating our eContent presence, for our biggest customer, by collaborating closely with internal & external stakeholders and coordinating different tools and platforms to ensure our eContent is increasing sales.
This role is based in our Warsaw HQ (ul. Zabraniecka 20).
As Europe Amazon eContent Specialist you will:
Perform regular eContent audits and action required changes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.Manage, update & optimize live eContent, such as images and copy to ex: Amazon via Vendor CentralManage and update our Amazon Brandstores, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for shoppersTrack eContent completeness, compliance and performance via digital shelf analytics Collaborate with regional teams to conduct monthly reviews, present findings, and provide recommendations for processes improvement.Work closely with EU local teams having an impact on business at the local level Be part of an established team of eContent SpecialistsJob Qualifications

Must have Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer engineering or a related field;Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken);Experience in managing eContent presence, multi-market, multi-SKU;Experience tracking eContent completeness and compliance via Digital Shelf Tools;Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with attention to detail;Good ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersNice to have Requirements:
Hands-on Vendor Central experience;Knowledge of another language (German, Italian, French, or Spanish) would be a plus;Advanced Microsoft Office skills;Drive to stay abreast of industry news and updates and an external-focused mindsetJob Schedule
