We are seeking a driven designer to join our Business Performance team in Marsh Affinity Europe. This role will be based in Warsaw and a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Support sales and placement (presenting/preparing Affinity digital proposition) and ongoing client projectsDrive UI/UX design for the Marshs digital product and servicing journeys across digital platforms and related channelsCollaborate with product, business and IT teams to uncover customer and business needs, and translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiencesDrive and guide team members in all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to conceptualization and executionDefine best practices and processes and embed these into the team to allow them to function efficiently and effectively, while ensuring the team's designs meet relevant standards and governance processesNurture a positive, creative, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration between teams with constructive and respectful feedbackNavigate conflict resolution within the team as well as within projects, teams and relationshipsContribute to further elevating the digital design capability and customer-centricityWhat you need to have:
3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or related fieldAbility to manage fast-paced projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, user-centered digital products, particularly in the financial services sectorKeen sense of ownership and commitment to work and passion for delivering resultsStrong written and verbal communication skills and a business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships and convey solutions to senior business stakeholders.Understanding of UI/UX design methodologies, design principles, trends and industry best practices in web/application developmentAble to demonstrate critical thinking beyond business requests, show strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong conceptual visual perception, with a meticulous eye for detail and design aestheticBe detail driven, and able to manage across multiple, time-sensitive projects at the same time without compromising the quality of workGood level of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office SuiteSome experience in project management or CXM related jobs is a plus, if not eagerness to learn more in this area is importantWhat makes you a stand-out?
