Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager
Location: Oud-Beijerland (NL)
Contract: Till end December 2026

As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing sourcing categories for indirect goods and services at a regional—sometimes even a global—level. This role will put you at the forefront of strategy creation and execution, ensuring long-term competitive advantage by maximizing value for money while safeguarding our business. Leveraging supplier relationships and strategic partnerships, you’ll drive standardization across regions and segments, making a tangible impact every step of the way.

​What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using the Mars framework, ensuring optimal market category positioning.

Actively collaborate within the Global Category Team, maintaining strong relationships with operational buying managers across the region.

Develop and implement regional and global contracts, securing price, volume rebates, capacity, and service levels that drive efficiency and growth.

Build sourcing category expertise, providing critical market and financial insights to support the company’s operational plan.

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of experience in supplier or customer management.

A passion for driving value and innovation through various sourcing channels.

A Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement.
