ETO Process Engineer
The ETO Process Engineer is responsible for : + Support the Systems Performance strategy, workflows and communication plan to internal and external audience​ + Promote Systems Performance capabilities within the company and among customers​ + Evaluate customer needs to create opportunities for systems evaluations​ + Prepare ​ + Develop required studies, reports and other deliverables as aligned with customer requirements Roles and Responsibilities + Review and filter potential Service opportunities​ + Develop engineering studies oriented to maximize the performance of individual process equipment or complete units​ + Review and analyze existing customer assets and provide guidance to resolve operational constrains and bottlenecks​ + Provide expert opinions, analysis, and recommendations to internal or external customers​ + Discuss sales and service engagement opportunities with external customers​ + Participate in external shows and events to promote the team service​ + Perform internal and external personnel training​ + Organize technical reviews of customer assets to determine the best path of action for optimization and maximization of performance​ + Participate in Digital strategy deployments for customer assets ​ + Assist in the startup and commissioning activities for supplied equipment and facilities​ + Provide technical support to troubleshoot operations​ + Develop project-specific pre-commissioning, and commissioning manuals including mechanical completion checklists​ + Assist in the definition of required spare parts packages for company equipment​ + Support operations optimization for a lower carbon footprin Qualification + 5-10 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry​​ + Engineering Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering​ + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and company enterprise software​ + Water treatment equipment knowledge​ + Operation and field experience​ + Exceptional written and verbal communication​ + Strategic decision making​ + Adaptable and flexible to change​ + Sales planning​ + Project execution and development​ + Creatively solving complex problems​ + Organizing and delegating assignments​ + Attention to details Company policy is to provide every individual a fair and equal opportunity to seek employment and advancement at the Company without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, citizenship, genetic information, veteran or military status, disability, creed, ancestry, pregnancy (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), marital status or any factors protected by federal, state, or local laws.
