Minimum requirements:
Relevant IT qualification 5 years experience within the IT Environment (Systems, Network, Active Directory and Share Drive / File) Microsoft Applications Admin related functions Good understanding of Ticketing Systems, fares and routes in the transport industry Good understanding of Passenger Transport Operations Monitor all defects report of all business units Dataset changes - Support ETM Officers regarding shift and route changes User Support - Setup and install SmartTap system computers and printers Training - Provide training to ETM Officers, Admin Staff, Cashiers, Transport Officers, Revenue Officers and Drivers UAT and SAT of the Dataset Setup ETM test data Manage all change control documents and processes Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
