The ideal candidate will possess domain knowledge in Provider and Payer sectors. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to ensure the quality and reliability of our data processes contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. + Oversee the validation of data transformations and data build processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. + Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data validation. + Identify document and track defects working closely with development teams to resolve issues. + Provide insights and recommendations for improving data quality and testing processes. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data validation. + Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders. + Utilize domain expertise in Provider and Payer sectors to enhance testing strategies. + Implement automated testing solutions to streamline validation processes. + Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and methodologies. + Support the deployment of data solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in ETL Validation and Data Build Tool. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Provider and Payer domains. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show proficiency in test automation tools and techniques. + Have a solid understanding of data management principles. + Display effective communication and collaboration abilities. + Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or related field. + **Certifications Required** Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) ETL Testing Certification **Salary and Other Compensation** Applications will be accepted until June/12/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 – $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
