ETL QA Analyst

As a ETL QA Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the design and execution of test plans and test cases for complex software applications.
+ Oversee the implementation of DevTest methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
+ Provide expertise in Business Intelligence Testing to validate data accuracy and reporting functionalities.
+ Manage test and defect management processes to streamline issue resolution and improve product quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
+ Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
+ Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices to maintain consistency and reliability.
+ Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing to prevent potential issues.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
+ Utilize domain knowledge in Payer to provide insights and improve testing strategies.
+ Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a Hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in **Des Moines(Ruan)- IA**

What you need to have to be considered
+ Possess strong experience in DevTest and Business Intelligence Testing to drive quality assurance efforts.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in test and defect management tools to efficiently track and resolve issues.
+ Exhibit knowledge of Payer domain to enhance testing processes and outcomes.
+ Have excellent analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
These will help you stand out
+ Show capability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment maintaining effective communication.
+ Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential testing challenges.
+ Hold a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.

The annual salary for this position is between $64,025 – $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
