As a ETL QA Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with healthcare teams. In this role, you will: + Lead the design and execution of test plans and test cases for complex software applications. + Oversee the implementation of DevTest methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage. + Provide expertise in Business Intelligence Testing to validate data accuracy and reporting functionalities. + Manage test and defect management processes to streamline issue resolution and improve product quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. + Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. + Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and reduce manual effort. + Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices to maintain consistency and reliability. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing to prevent potential issues. + Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. + Utilize domain knowledge in Payer to provide insights and improve testing strategies. + Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity.
