As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the recruitment process by assisting in screening and coordinating interviews for candidates. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:
Primary contact for the candidate throughout the process that includes and not limited to the following :
Scheduling interviewsConducting initial screening callsHandling candidate's Q&AsAct as liaison between the onboarding team and onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate reportings and records Onboarding sheetMaintain accurate Workday status updates for every candidateHandle hiring for graduates' programQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
