An experienced ethics and compliance manager on our dedicated team of legal professionals will work with a fantastic group of ethics and compliance professionals, both at the corporate office and across Textron’s global locations, to advance Textron’s leading ethics and compliance program.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, risk management, or a related fieldThree years of relevant work experience with ethics and compliance program management in an industrial or manufacturing (non-healthcare) environmentUnderstanding of regulator expectations, legal and regulatory risks, and best practices associated with corporate compliance programming in a manufacturing / industrial businessCertification in compliance (CCEP, LPEC) is desirable but not requiredKnowledge and experience with government contracting and defense industry initiatives a plusPrior experience with compliance audits or internal investigations preferredSkills/Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service focusExcellent written and oral communication skillsComfortable with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and software that supports compliance program management and dashboards / reportingComfortable interfacing with senior managementAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks based on relative importance and urgencyDrive to deliver quality results on time and in a highly professional mannerAbility to inspire trust and confidence throughout corporate and multiple business unitsWork Environment:
