Position Overview:

Do you have experience with operational risk, strong interpersonal skills and a background in Ethics & Financial Crime regulations? We are seeking an individual that is inquisitive, customer focused and passionate about learning with a team of risk experts. You will be an integral team member supporting others with annual and targeted ethics and financial crimes risk assessments, oversight, and management reporting, while also providing other support as needed. Your Impact:Coordinate implementation of requirements/obligations, policies, standards and proceduresIdentify opportunities for improvement with control design and risk mappingEngage with all lines of defense as neededAssist with risk reporting and project supportDrive efficiency and impact on oversight activities and overall AML, Fraud and Ethics program Collaborate with cross functional teams at various levels to understand and provide information and data to support management and regulatory reporting 

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5+-years’ experience in a Compliance/Risk Management roleAdvanced PowerPoint skills with a focus on executive presentation developmentExperience with BSA/ Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC requirements, as well as a working knowledge of how those requirements are operationalized preferably within the first lineExperience participating in annual Financial Crimes or Ethics Enterprise-wide risk assessments, as well as quarterly RCSA and targeted assessmentsAbility to strategically think and creative problem-solving ability Expertise in Financial Crimes, Ethics, Compliance, and/or Risk Management fieldsFinancial Crimes, Ethics or Project Management related certifications preferred (CFE, CAMS, CCEP, etc)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $140,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
