In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping project success by delivering accurate and thorough cost estimates for electrical work across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.Key Responsibilities: + Analyze project plans and specifications to perform precise quantity take-offs + Use estimating software to develop comprehensive project cost proposals + Prepare detailed scope proposals for owners, clients, and potential contractors + Track bid results, maintain bid board interests, and monitor upcoming opportunities + Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing and forecast commodities + Collaborate with field leaders and project managers to break down job costs and create detailed breakouts for project turnover meetings Qualifications: + High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred + Prior electrical experience preferred but not required + Strong organizational and time management skills + Solid understanding of electrical construction principles, codes, and systems + Familiarity with various estimating methods (hard bid, GMP, conceptual budgeting, etc.) + Proficient in computer use; experience with electrical estimating software is a plus + Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners + Strong math skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join Us?
