About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team, with a focus on supporting our carpentry operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction—particularly in drywall, taping, and/or trim finishing—who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of commercial projects, from $50,000 tenant improvements to $5 million build-outs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on diverse projects, we’d love to hear from you!

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed cost estimatesUtilize estimating software to generate accurate bids and proposalsCollaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and scope detailsAssist in preconstruction planning and budgetingSupport the carpentry team with insights on drywall, taping, and trim scopesRequired Skills & ExperienceBasic understanding of construction estimating principlesFamiliarity with drywall, taping, finishing, and trim carpentryAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsProficiency with estimating software (experience with [insert software name] is a plus)Strong organizational and communication skillsPreferred BackgroundHands-on experience in drywall or carpentry tradesExposure to commercial construction projectsWillingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
