ML Ruberton Construction / Road Safety Systems, subsidiaries of RoadGuard, a division of GeoStabilization International, is seeking an experienced Estimator to help drive the growth of our highway specialty contracting operations. Our primary services include the installation of a variety of guiderail (guardrail) systems, fences, highway signs, bridge railings and fences, sign structures, and drilled shaft foundations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction estimating who thrives in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction estimating.Bachelor's degree.Strong understanding of heavy highway construction, including the interleaving of various scopes and trades.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues.Valid driver’s licenseAbility to make presentations to clients and colleagues.Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet bid deadlines.Basic Computer Skills & Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications

Employees will be expected to work in the Folsom, NJ office 5 days per week.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the Folsom, NJ area is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential benefits.
