We are currently recruiting for an Estimate Reviewer to join our team remotely in Canada. The successful candidate will perform quality assurance review of network contractor estimates.  The review team is responsible to audit estimates and make recommendations based on program instructions provided by individual clients.  Frequent interaction with adjusters, contractors, and District Managers to exchange information, answer inquiries, and escalate quality trends identified.

Intermediate understanding of construction materials and installation methods Intermediate understanding of Xactware suite of products Intermediate understanding on water mitigation standards (IICRC S500) Intermediate proficiency in evaluating roof damage i.e. wind and hail Intermediate understanding of construction order of operations Highly proficient and advanced computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good time management abilities. Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.  Good interpersonal skills. English/French Bilingual an asset Reviews network contractor repair estimates to ensure estimates are technically accurate and meet appropriate industry guidelines and standards for repairs Compiles specific estimate revision requests and interacts with network contractors (verbal and written) to obtain appropriate estimate corrections. Manage multiple assignments and tasks within each assignment in XactAnalysis Estimate Review queue Understands and comprehends multiple network programs, guidelines and requirements. Interacts with clients (verbal and written) for specific discussions relating to assignment activity Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
