Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented and service focused individual to join our team as a Spa Esthetician! The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and provide exceptional service to our internal and external guests. The Spa Esthetician will provide a variety of facial modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu. By using outstanding guest-centered service, they will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest. They will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as well as promoting La Cantera Resort and Spa as both the Destination and Employer of Choice! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform facials tailored to client needs (e.g., anti-aging, hydration, deep cleansing, etc.). Recommend skincare products and treatments based on skin type and concerns. Provide professional advice on home skincare routines. Analyze clients' skin to assess conditions like acne, dryness, or sensitivity. Provide personalized skincare advice based on skin analysis. Recommend treatments and products that cater to individual skin concerns. Have in-depth knowledge of all skin and body care products and treatment protocols offered at Loma de Vida Spa Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Spa Director Available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and any skin allergies or sensitivities. Maintain client records, including their skincare goals and treatments performed. Provide exceptional customer experience by offering personalized care and maintaining a professional demeanor. Handle client concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and respectful manner. Document and update client information, including treatment preferences, skin conditions, and product recommendations. Ensure all client records are kept confidential and comply with privacy regulations. Qualifications EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a current Texas Esthetician License. Must have a minimum of two-year luxury Spa experience. JOB REQUIRMENTS: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit Must possess excellent communication and listening skills in English, both written and verbal. Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written. Must be flexible on working days, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with Pyramid Appearance Standards. Must be professional and friendly in demeanor. Must always ensure a teamwork environment. Must be able to think proactively. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
