Seu trabalho será fundamental para garantir um atendimento ágil e eficiente aos clientes, acompanhando processos e buscando soluções para desafios operacionais. Você ajudará a fortalecer a relação da empresa com seus clientes, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos serviços de pós-venda e suporte técnico.
**O que queremos saber sobre você?**
+ Graduação em curso de Engenharia, Administração, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais e áreas afins.
+ Conhecimento avançado em Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
+ Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.
+ Inglês intermediário.
**Como será o seu dia a dia?**
+ Acompanhamento da evolução de indicadores de performance junto à áreas correlatas;
+ Participação em reuniões internas e externas;
+ Suportar rotinas de atendimento ao cliente como colocar pedido no sistema, disponibilidade de material e controle de entregas nas datas programadas;
+ Interagir com áreas internas para suportar processo de cotação de itens novos;
+ Gerenciar processo de garantia das frotas das locomotivas entregues.
