If so, let's talk. **Your role and responsibilities** You will assist in providing first-level support for business applications, helping users resolve technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and application management within a collaborative team environment **Required technical and professional expertise** * Undergraduate students who will graduate in December 2026 or later. * Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot basic application issues. * Log and track support tickets using the internal helpdesk system. * Assist in documenting common issues and solutions for the knowledge base. * Support application testing and updates under supervision. * Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex problems. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting. * Good communication and problem-solving skills, attention to details. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
