We would love to get to know you a bit better, so apply and we'll be in touch with more details about specific roles that are most suited to you and your preferences. **Your role and responsibilities** Support the Sales Development Reps in the routine with leads coming from Marketing - monitoring; Participate in meetings with clients - opening, noting pending issues and in the future holding understanding and discovery sessions; Support for outbound activities with the team - checking system data, email notification, LinkedIn research, etc. Support for SDR opportunity management activities with owners. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Digital Research - understanding buyer personas, influencing factors affecting industries/clients and analyzing social media interactions * Listening Skills - understand needs of the area and your SDR routine * Communications (Oral & Written) - ability to write an effective in-mail/email with internal teams, prospects/clients * Technology knowledge - some knowledge about AI and technologies that permeate the business world IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
