ESS Program Manager
**Summary** The **Electronic Security System (ESS) Program Manager** will serve as the single point of accountability for all services, personnel, and deliverables supporting the US Government customer. This role requires extensive experience in managing complex electronic security programs, including installation, maintenance, and lifecycle support across multiple concurrent projects. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program execution, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with government stakeholders. **_*This position is contingent upon contract award*_** **Responsibilities** + Manage and track all issued task orders and maintain a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). + Document and present concerns related to infrastructure, permits, procurement, or other contractor delays. + Ensure all personnel meet qualifications, training, clearance, badging, and access requirements. + Maintain accountability for service quality and deliverables. + Brief stakeholders on services, activities, and deliverables. + Lead and de-conflict multiple ongoing support and technical tasks. + Conduct monthly Program Monthly Review (PMR) presentations including IMS updates. + Provide weekly project progress reports and meeting minutes. + Deliver monthly Installation Status Reports detailing POP, cost analysis, schedule/cost performance, and issues. + Oversee all preventative maintenance and repair activities. + Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on manufacturer guidance. + Track and report maintenance and repairs at PMRs. + Identify systems/components nearing end-of-life and notify the government. + Analyze recurring failures and propose corrective actions. + Ensure configuration management is maintained throughout the life of the contract. + Maintain adequate stock of frequently used equipment and consumables to minimize downtime. + Serve as contract lead for interfacing with vendors, industry partners, and OGC. + Communicate emerging trends and technologies in the security industry to the customer. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. + Active Top Secret Clearance Required + Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high quality and low risk. + CSEIP certification required. + CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred. + Strong understanding of federal security standards and lifecycle management. + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. + Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $94,000.00/Yr.
