El especialista de moldes y proceso de inyección es encargado de la estandarización y parametrización de los moldes de diferentes modelos, asi como de la modificación y adecuación del proceso para cumplir con Calidad, costo y tiempo. Responsable de ejecutar y validar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de moldes, generar especificaciones de servicios requeridos, responsable de la compra de herramientas y o refacciones necesarias para la correcta ejecución de mantenimientos.

Funciones:

Manejo de programas de mantenimiento a moldes de inyección.

Manejo de parámetros de inyección.

Documentación relacionada a procesos de moldes.

Responsabilidades clave del puesto:

Compra de refacciones.

Elaboración de plan anual y mensual de PM.

Actualización de documentos de carta de control de procesos.

Requerimientos mínimos:

Experiencia: Mantenimiento de moldes y proceso de inyección (2 años).

Escolaridad: 

Ingeniería mecánica, industrial, electromecánica.

Idiomas: 

Inglés 650p
