Position Purpose This position is responsible for the administration and control of the technical Due Diligence studies, information´s revision and optimization of the soil treatment recommended by the LAB, Including the OFI budget control as Pylons and signage vendors , Steel structure and HVAC units vendors among others. Primary Accountabilities + Structural review of the designs of the stores and pylons made by vendors and optimization of the project, execution of structural calculation of retaining walls and foundation design + Soils reports revision and optimization, consisting in a deep evaluation of the soils report´s recommendations made for the site, Analyzing recommendations made by the soil mechanics laboratory, evaluating them to optimize them, auditing laboratories and questioning proposals to find errors. Looking for improving the process and reducing the constructions costs. + Support the construction area in monitoring the project and field questions and visit the sites. + Follow up on deliveries by dead lines. Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Business/Construction Years of Experience: Three to five years. Type of Experience: Experince in Construction industry, with emphasis on fast track reatil construction Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, construction estimating, and scheduling Other/Preferred: Bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills
