Descripción del empleo

This person is part of the M&A and Structured Finance regional team, in charge of the execution and supervision of sustainability related M&A processes in teh region.

Working closely with Country Managers, CFOs and finance teams in the different conutries in the Latam zone, this team is responsible for the implementation of an ambitious acquisition strategy in Latin America.

This person must support local teams in the analysis and strategic financial structuring of complex projects across Latam.

Main Responsabilities:

 

Lead the execution of M&A transactions focused on sustainability related acquisitions in Latin America. 

Design innovative financial structure solutions together with local teams for the development of Veolia's complex organic growth projects involving financial partners, project financing and other.

Carry out financial modelling for organic projects and company valuation analysis.

Support local business development teams in the financial aspects of offer construction.

Prepare presentations & memos for internal approval of projects and acquisitions.

Coordinate different areas (commercial, technical, HR, etc) in local project teams in the different phases of an M&A process

Coordinate due diligence processes and support financial backup  in negotiations 

Carry out specific M&A and project structuring assignments in different countries in the Latam region

RequisitosDegree in Business Administration /Economics/ Accountant or similar.Desirable Post Graduate studies in Finance.Proven experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or Consulting in one of the Big4Modelling, valuation, and presentation drafting experience (Excel and PowerPoint)Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.Very Good communicaton and relationships skills, to teamwork with teams around the region
