Manage all activities and strategies related to organizational communication for BRK plants.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Plan communication strategies and campaigns for various departments.
+ Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs designed to inform employees about the initiatives and policies of the company they represent.
+ Maintain and update internal and external communication portals, including press releases, websites, and social media.
+ Help maintain the organization’s corporate identity and image.
+ Design and follow up on low-cost, high-impact communication/promotion actions.
+ Monitor national and local print media to stay informed about current public and news agendas.
+ Institutional Communications: work with the area manager to disseminate or create organizational communication notices or campaigns.
+ Ensure that all information, communications, and visibility materials produced within the organization comply with the corporate image guidelines.
+ Lead the organization of institutional events and coordinate their promotion. This includes events, campaign launches, dinners, etc.
+ Alternative communication strategies: support the production and editing of informational or educational videos.
+ Gather all necessary information to write newsletters, news articles, social media posts, website content, ensuring quality and timely delivery for diverse audiences.
+ Responsible for proper storage and preservation of photos, videos, and case studies for organizational use.
+ Update the information shared through internal communication channels as needed, ensuring it reflects the current work of all organizational areas.
+ Keep employees informed about key activities and news from each work area through newsletters and internal communication tools, among others.
+ Lead and coordinate Cafeteria services.
+ Support and provide results in training and raising awareness among staff regarding objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements, and operational controls to promote environmental care.
+ Actively participate in the 6S Program, a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with program standards and performing activities required as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader, or Committee member.
+ Actively participate in the Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with system requirements and carrying out assigned activities.
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Proficiency in graphic design programs.
+ Proficiency in video creation and editing programs.
+ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Strong communication skills and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.
+ English proficiency
+ Fixed-term contract
