You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: * Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. * Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. * Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Acting as a specialist in the SAP ISU FICA module, leading activities related to credit management, collection, payments and financial reconciliation. - Implementing, configuring and optimizing financial management solutions in utility systems. - Identifying and resolving complex problems related to the accounts receivable cycle, delinquency and invoice settlement. - Ensuring compliance of financial processes with local and international regulations. - Developing technical and functional documentation, as well as conducting training for user teams. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent integrations with other SAP modules (such as Billing) and financial systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in areas such as Administration, Information Technology, Accounting or Engineering. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in projects involving the SAP ISU FICA module. - Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable processes, default management and financial reconciliation. - Ability to parameterize and customize FICA to meet business needs. - Clear and efficient communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Advanced English (desirable for international projects). **Differentials:** - Experience with solutions based on S/4HANA Utilities. - Experience with legacy system migration and optimization projects. - SAP certification related to the ISU FICA module. - Experience in companies in the utilities sector or digital transformation projects.
