El Especalista de Negocio en Tecnologías de la Informacón, asesor las unidades de negocio o funciones para aclarar y comunicar los requisitos comerciales, asegurando que los productos y servicios estén alineados con las necesidades del negocio. Así mismo, brindará una variedad de servicios, como mejora de procesos comerciales, establecimiento de prioridades, facilitación, definición o diseño de proyectos, intermediación de TI y servicios de contratación. Adicionalmente, proveerá soporte a usuarios, mejora y automatización de procesos e implementación de aplicaciones en Colombia considerando Oracle EBS como el ERP estándar de PPG.

Responsabilidades clave:

Mejorar la productividad mediante la automatización de tareas, procesos o rutinas actuales, mediante el uso de recursos de Tecnologías de la Información.Brindar soporte a los usuarios, considerando la aplicación Oracle EBS como el principal sistema de la Empresa, con el fin, de utilizar correctamente la aplicación de acuerdo con los procedimientos de PPG.Trabajar con los usuarios, local o remotamente, con el objetivo de mejorar el uso de Oracle EBS.Mantener la seguridad de acceso de los usuarios, con el propósito de respetar el acceso restringido a algunas funcionalidades definidas previamente.Tener contacto regular con el equipo de TI regional o global para definir los procedimientos y la estrategia de TI, con el fin de estar alineados con los estándares y objetivos previamente definidos por el Consejo de TI.Mantener contacto con Oracle y Oracle Partners, con el objetivo de evaluar nuevas oportunidades y solucionar problemas relacionados con la aplicación.Recopilar los requisitos de Oracle EBS por medio del documento oficial MD050, con el fin de realizar el diseño funcional de la solución en conjunto con el usuario final y los respectivos centros de excelencia.Revisar alineación entre el negocio y TI de los respectivos requerimientos, con el propósito de priorizar correctamente las necesidades de negocio.Verificar que las solicitudes o requerimientos de los usuarios cumplan con los estándares de PPG a nivel global.

Requisitos:

Educación en Sistemas, sistemas de información, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería informática o ingeniería de telecomunicaciones o afines.Es necesario con un nivel de Ingles avanzado conversacional (para llamadas y reuniones de trabajo diarias).5 años de experiencia en TI, sistemas Oracle, Business Suite R11i / R12i, procesos de negocios, gestion de proyectos.
