Support the Tier 2 plant teams in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective workshops/kaizens application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement. 

Provide subject matter expertise to Tier 2 teams by partnering with functional, business and site leaders to assess current processes and identify process/performance gaps and improvement opportunities.  

Effectively engage, coach and communicate with the Tier 2 teams assigned to. 

Drive and exemplify a positive attitude in the face of adversity to solve problems and teach the team around effective problem solving. 

Garner followership across the Tiers 2 teams to progress the transformation to achieve the future state. 

Identify the best practices across the organization, to be implemented in the operation. 

Ability to work as a member of the leadership Tier 2 teams to develop and improve the area.
