The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Specialist Infraestructure Cloud AWS SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Remote How a day to day would look like in this role: Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment. Promote and implement best practices in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, and autonomous operations to enhance system efficiency and resilience. What we need to see from you Profile: Technical, technological or professional education in Systems or a related field with extensive experience as Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with experience in highly automated, secure, and resilient environments Required skills: Automation and efficient infrastructure operation using ASG, Lambda, Step Functions, and CI/CD integration, ensuring hands-off environments and high availability. Advanced security and compliance, managing SCPs, AD/Federation integrations, and applying Zero Trust principles, along with access control via NACLs and centralized backup management. Monitoring, observability, and proactive response, with event correlation, automated reporting (Power BI, Athena, Lake), and multi-cloud visibility. Performance and cost optimization, including IOPS tuning, management of Savings Plans and reservations, and cross-region replication. Resilience and recovery design, applying best practices in multi-region environments, with expertise in cross-region disaster recovery (DR) and orchestrated restorations.
