Job Description

Planificar, desarrollar y optimizar y monitorear los métodos y procesos de las operaciones de almacén, como son: recibo, surtido, almacén, embarques y control de inventarios.

Operaciones de almacén

Monitorear que las operaciones se estén ejecutando de acuerdo con las instrucciones, procedimientos y estándares establecidos.Monitorear que las operaciones de almacén cumplan con el nivel de servicio y objetivos establecidos KPI.

Control de inventarios

Establecer programa interno de auditorías para asegurar la confiabilidad del inventario y minimizar las discrepancias.Análisis de diferencias, determinación de causa raíz y generación de planes de acción. Estas tareas deben ser en conjunto con jefe de almacén y supervisores.

SAP Keyuser Warehouse

Manejo de SAP módulos SD y MMMonitorear  transacciones Warehouse monitor (LL01) y Postprocessing of error records (COGI)Solicitar y determinar roles y usuarios de SAPEntrenar a personal de nuevo ingreso en las transacciones de SAP

Auditorias

Responsable de atender auditorías externas y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción.

Administracion de almacén

Actualizar/generar instrucciones de trabajoRealizar shopping cart de insumos de almacénRealizar workon de scrapResponsable de actualizar y dar seguimiento a AMEFPlanear recursos necesarios para la operación: scanners, alpescan, impresoras, y montacargas.Asegurar el servicio y mantenimiento de equipos, dispositivos y herramientas del área.

Promover la seguridad, salud, calidad y protección del medio ambiente de acuerdo con la norma ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO9001/ y Normas aplicables
