Position Purpose Administrador de Licencias y Permisos- Manages budget for all renovations for permits and licenses, vendors and assures compliance with all payments. Ensures payments are done in a timely matter in order to avoid fines, surcharges and closures. Primary Accountabilities + Manages budget of 35 MM pesos to renovate all permits for 605 stores during calendar year, identifying possible savings + Creates annual LRP reports to communicate Plan analisis, budget advances, fines, and any other expenses encountered by area current FY and Plan for the following 5 Fys + Comply through XML and PDF invoices all 2,000 pre-paid transactions made during the year in People Soft + Registers all new vendors, and ensures compliance with documentation, payments and processes + Manages cash-flow according budget Regularization of 1.5 MM pesos for 605 stores + Ensures effective payment for all renovations in order to avoid fines and surcharges + Creates ARS for special projects in order to extend our budget and comply with law, english required Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Management/ Accounting/ Finance Years of Experience: Three to five years. Type of Experience: Accounts Payables, Administrative Budget, Vendor Negotiation Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Knowledge in permits and licenses required for the operation of business Other/Preferred: English speaker, excel.
