Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose: Develops a balanced production program based on demand, capacity, hours and resources availability.Monitors daily results of processes and makes the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: + Answers and follows customer requirements . + Updates databases and communicates effectively with internal and external customers . + Is capable of handling more than two customers at a time . + Upgrades the production program and makes necessary adjustments when contingencies arise. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: + CAS, Windows Office (Excel Macros and Visual Basic is a plus). + Experience in production control. + MRP environment knowledge. + Demand balance and MIN MAX systems experience. + Proven communication, teamwork and negotiation skills. + Analytical and proactive capacity. + Ability to work under pressure. + Advanced English level.
