Salary: $40 / Hour Amergis Staffing is looking for a passionate ESL Teacher who will be responsible for teaching English as a second language. In this position, you will create lesson plans, develop instructional materials, and assess students' progress. You will also be expected to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment to help students improve their English language skills. + $40/hr. Key Information: + Regular Monday-Friday schedule + Teaching at the Middle School/High School level + $40-$45/hr start rate Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and proficiency levels. + Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups. + Assessing students' language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs. + Providing feedback to students on their progress and offering suggestions for improvement. + Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and motivation. + Collaborating with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. + Using technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student learning. + Keeping accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. + Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs. + Staying up-to-date with current trends and developments in ESL teaching and incorporating them into instruction.
