Sustainability/ESG Data and Reporting Lead
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze Dentsply Sirona’s global sustainability-related data and provide documentation assistance to internal functional subject matter experts. Aggregate and/or disaggregate Dentsply Sirona’s Sustainability data as needed, to support global, regional, and local reporting requirements. Champion data collection and evaluation on time and in accordance with CDP, SCRD requirements and corporate needs. This may also include Various reporting required under the US Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) i.e., Chemical Data Reporting and PFAS reporting. Ensuring timely review of all data and information for the Corporate Sustainability report. Drive a high level of data integrity while working collaboratively across the organization. Support Global EHS in strengthening Dentsply Sirona’s Sustainability reporting process and governance disclosures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collect data to allow Dentsply Sirona’s to benchmark, monitor and analyze trends to improve Dentsply Sirona’s Sustainability reporting. Assist to develop, support, update, and maintain corporate Sustainability standards. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on the Global EHS and Sustainability teams to understand ongoing developments in ESG and Sustainability as they impact EHS strategy and programs. Conduct and support additional EHS activities within current skillset/capability and to ongoing professional development.Experience
In-depth knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft tools. Ability to manage and analyze data from all global sites. Strong skills in gathering business needs and translating them into concrete actions. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
