Description and Requirements 岗位职责： 1. 具备丰富的ESG知识储备与绿色低碳相关的工作经验与项目管理能力。 2. 具备ESG咨询服务、绿色低碳、碳汇、绿色金融等工作经验，有较强的ESG场景需求洞察与产品研发能力。 3. 熟悉ESG政策、国际国内前沿发展趋势、行业对标、竞品分析、业务规划等，及时向公司业务部门提供客户调研、需求研判、售前支持、咨询规划、业务创新及项目落地等专业支撑及解决方案落地能力。 4. 快速拓展ESG领域的资源与客户，建立并维护良好的客户关系，负责ESG产品与解决方案在客户端的落地。 5. 持续洞察、迭代、开发ESG与可持续发展创新解决方案，提升公司ESG与可持续发展解决方案的市场竞争力。 岗位要求： 1. 6年以上的可持续发展及ESG项目管理工作经验。 2. 熟悉ESG相关政策与产业动态，具有丰富的市场洞察力，包括但不限于碳市场、绿色金融、国家及地区节能补贴政策与新能源等方面。 3. 具备优秀的低碳节能等ESG领域的软件服务相关研发能力。 4. 熟悉AI在ESG领域应用与最新趋势，能结合AI技术优化ESG服务方案，推动ESG AI智能体落地。 5. 具有团队合作精神与高度责任感，能够在紧迫的期限内调动资源，推进项目执行与落地。 6. 流利的英文听说读写能力。
