Escrow Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Escrow Assistant** to join our team. This role is typically based in a branch or office environment, providing support to the Escrow department through customer service and administrative duties related to residential escrow closings. The Escrow Assistant may work as part of a team or partner directly with an Escrow Officer to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transaction processing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process
+ Open new escrow orders and enter closing statement information accurately
+ Prepare documents required for closing, manage disbursement, and follow up on all escrow transactions
+ Communicate requirements, timelines, and documentation needs to clients and internal partners
+ Interpret agreements as they relate to closings and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
+ Follow established processes and procedures, troubleshooting as needed to ensure successful closings
+ Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role
+ Strong understanding of escrow procedures and administrative tasks
+ Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members as needed
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with standard office software and escrow processing systems
**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
