What you'll do:
Provide HPE Aruba customers & Engineers troubleshooting & support in the areas of HPE Aruba Networking and related areas.Provide leadership in technical problem management and the resolution of all issues, working closely with Global Enterprise Customers, HPE Aruba remote and field support staff.Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers;Identify and contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency;Be aware of, and contribute to the improvement of, team performance as measured in the team Business Fundamentals Tables (BFT).Technical writing skills will be required to publish Issue resolution documentsRequired to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders and should have the ability to drive the conversation/discussionMust be able to interact with colleagues from different countries and background (own team, members of L1 and L3 and Engineering teams)What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or equivalent or other Engineering.
3+ Years’ experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Network technologies including Routing, Switching and Network managementGood knowledge on Switching (OSI Layer2) and Routing (Layer3) technology.Working knowledge and understanding of 3 layer architecture (Access, Distribution and Core) switching.Technical knowledge on Windows, Linux and other operating systemKnowledge of network hardware and architectureDemonstrate an in depth understanding of several products in more than one functional area involving usage, configuration, and interaction with other products.Affinity with Remote Resolve support processesBasics of WLAN technology (802.11 Standards, Controller and APs)Good to have knowledge on Data Center Technologies.Good to have knowledge on REST, NAE, Python.Prior knowledge on Aruba OS, Aruba OS-CX or Comware will be added advantage.Aruba ACSP certification will be added advantageAdditional Skills:
