We are seeking a U.S.-based ES Strategic Initiatives Director to join our ES organization. This Director will work closely with the Global ESBP organization and key partners, driving strategic ES initiatives, internal communications, ESBP operations and logistics, and overall organizational efficiency. This role will drive operational excellence, identify process improvements, make recommendations, and own related initiatives for the ESBP Leadership Team. We are looking for someone who can project manage and execute on organizational planning, goal setting/V2MOM, regular All Hands and Leadership Team meetings, and executive reviews. This opportunity is strongly suited to those with specialized skills in program management and execution and understanding the business aspects of growing an ES organization at scale.

Responsibilities:

* Lead strategic ES initiatives across internal communications, ESBP operations, logistics, and organizational efficiency.
* Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and owning implementation of high-impact initiatives for the ESBP Leadership Team.
* Execute large-scale strategic projects by setting objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, managing work streams, and tracking deliverables to successful completion.
* Partner across COEs, the Office of the Chief People Officer, and global ES teams to ensure seamless delivery of processes, programs, and insights for the ESBP organization.
* Serve as a problem solver for high-priority, sensitive, or ambiguous challenges — removing roadblocks, driving clarity, and enabling leadership decisions.
* Develop global frameworks that balance consistency with regional flexibility, aligning stakeholders and communications across worldwide Sales ES teams.
* Create and maintain scalable tools, templates, and resources to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Translate data into narratives by building insights, surfacing trends, and recommending improvements to ESBP Leadership.

Requirements and Key Skills:

* Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take initiative.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and proven track record as a change agent in dynamic environments.
* Strong program and project execution skills, with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
* Experience partnering across Employee Success (ES), building alignment and driving adoption of programs and initiatives.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills; able to deliver succinct, clear, and impactful messaging.
* Trusted with highly sensitive data, consistently demonstrating discretion and confidentiality.
* Quick learner with cultural awareness, able to ramp up rapidly, understand Salesforce’s unique environment, and anticipate areas for improvement.

Requirements - Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
* 10+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Analytics experience
