While this position must be located within a commutable distance to a CGI office, a hybrid working model is acceptable. The preferred locations are Sacramento, CA; Knoxville, TN; or Reno, NV respectively. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the system through effective test planning, coordination, and execution. Leading a small team of testers, the Test Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional Agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to define test strategies, manage test cases, and oversee both manual and automated testing efforts. They are responsible for aligning testing activities with iterative development cycles, ensuring timely defect identification and resolution, and maintaining traceability to business requirements.
