As an ERP Technical Architect, you’ll help shape innovative enterprise solutions using cutting-edge technologies including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-skilled team that values quality, global thinking, and continuous learning. ------------------------- What you'll do: * Own the technical architecture of ERP solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability. * Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to align technical design with business goals. * Contribute to solution architecture and validate implementation plans. * Define systems integration scope and gather technical requirements during both project delivery and presales engagements. * Mentor and coach junior colleagues within the SCM EME Hub team. * Actively participate in local and global Avanade communities. ------------------------- Skills and experiences: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP) Technical Architect or equivalent. * Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment. * Proficiency in related technologies: .NET C#, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, GitHub. * Strong understanding of data modeling, migration, integration techniques, and systems integration patterns. * Experience in leading cross-functional teams and coaching peers. * Fluent in English and either Dutch or French. * Bonus: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Prince2 methodologies. ------------------------- About you: * Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs. * Eager to work with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Power Platform, Copilot, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. * A proactive learner and team player who shares knowledge and supports others. * Excellent communicator, comfortable working in both local and international environments. * Flexible and adaptable to evolving client requirements and technology trends.
