We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Systems Project Manager to actively contribute to the successful deployment of global ERP environments. This hybrid role combines strategic project management with hands-on solution analysis and execution. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator but a doer—someone who thrives in the trenches, understands the intricacies of ERP systems, and is committed to driving progress.
As an ERP Systems Project Manager on our team, a typical day might include the following:
Coordinating the activities of multiple divisions/departments as necessary to meet project objectives.
Diving into project tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate progress.
Serving as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
Identifying risks and delays early, and instead of reporting problems, working collaboratively to solve them.
Designing, implementing, researching, securing and supporting enterprise systems, as required. Recommending and implementing process improvements based on insights gained during the implementation.
Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests.
Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation.
Working under minimal supervision to establish project plans, execute, and coordinate multiple projects across different functions/disciplines.
Creating and maintaining project files and project tracking records.
Tracking and reporting project measures as appropriate, such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures.
Presenting project cost and schedule status to management.
