ERP Systems Analyst (SQL, PeopleSoft, PeopleCode) Partial Remote - ITS-AdminSys-SolutionMgmt

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject and 3 years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL, PeopleSoft experience, PeopleCode, and demonstrate individual troubleshooting. 3 years in a similar role. Kronos experience Cloud interface experience.

Job Summary:

An HR Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes.

Supports the high-level design, build / development, testing, roll out, training and change management activities associated with implemented new HR business processes and systems on an enterprise scale. Develop and maintain issues lists, action items, project statuses, business process flow diagrams, communication plans, training plans, etc. associated with the assigned projects.

 

Job Duties: 

An ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining one of the following technology solutions: PeopleSoft HCM, FMS, FSCM, Campus Solutions. Supports the high-level design, build / development, testing, roll out, training, and change management activities associated with implementing new business processes and systems on an enterprise scale. Develop and maintain issue lists, action items, project statuses, business process flow diagrams, communication plans, training plans, etc., associated with the assigned projects. Administrative Information Systems supports all core business functions of an academic medical institution, including Human Resources, Timekeeping, Payroll, Finance, Grants, Supply Chain, and Enrollment Services. 

Assess the company’s business system requirements and plan for changes in ERP systems to meet these needs. Analyze current problems and review system capabilities to determine how to conduct operations more efficiently. Research, design, implement, and maintain ERP solutions. Support Upgrades and Implementations. Provide training and user support after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented. Review, test, and implement system upgrades or patches. Serve as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll) to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using ERP systems. Maintain awareness of current trends in ERP systems. Designs and develops simple to moderately complex configurations or code changes in relation to changing needs, laws, etc. 

 

Salary Range: 

Actual salary commensurate with experience. 

 

Work Schedule: 

Partial Remote, on-site as needed. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
