We seek a dynamic expert who connects enterprise software (JD Edwards) with operational efficiency. This role combines ERP system expertise with Lean engineering principles to streamline business processes, improve system performance, and drive continuous improvement across departments. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Analyze and optimize business processes using ERP systems (JD Edwards) and Lean methodologies. + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP platforms to support operational goals. + Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and 5S programs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise systems with business needs. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. + Train employees on ERP usage and Lean practices to develop a culture of improvement. + Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) and recommend strategic improvements. + Document workflows, system configurations, and process changes for transparency and consistency. **YOU HAVE:** + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred. + Fully bilingual. + 3+ years of validated experience in LEAN Manufacturing methodologies with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification. + 5+ years of validated experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management. + 3+ years of validated experience managing employees. + Yellow Belt/Green Belt (preferred). + Proficiency in ERP systems, JDEdwards, or AS-400 is a plus.. + Experience in development and implementation of projects. + Proven understanding of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban. + Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
