ERP System Administrator
**Description** **Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **ERP System Administrator** to manage and govern our **Costpoint/Deltek ERP platform** . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform's day-to-day operations, maintaining system integrity, driving improvements across user access, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, process discipline, and a proactive approach to supporting a mission-critical system in a highly regulated environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + User administration and access management + Maintain role-based access controls, audit-compliant user logs, and segregation of duties + Enforce ERP security policies per DCSA compliance and industry standards (including NIST SP 800-171) + Perform routine audits to support system compliance and accreditation efforts + Ensure reporting requirements align with FAR, DFARS and CAS requirements + Manage system health and performance in cloud-based environment + Coordinate back-ups, patching and upgrades + Govern ERP updates, configuration changes, and workflow design + Work closely with HRIS to ensure UKG system integration + Support integration and migration efforts as the primary ERP technical POC + Support end-user training and troubleshooting **Required Experience:** + 5+ years of experience administering Deltek Costpoint + Deep understanding of ERP architecture, access controls, and regulatory environments + Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data models and reporting tools + Experience in user provisioning, security monitoring, and audit compliance + Proven ability to work across teams and lead ERP-related projects + Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills + Familiarity with Azure hosted environments and SaaS platforms preferred **Required Skills:** + Strong understanding of compliance and control frameworks, assessment methodologies, and practices + Experience with information technology programs in the Defense and/or Federal/Civilian + Ability to communicate technical security concepts to non-technical audiences + Experience leading compliance programs + Effective program management, project management, and organization management skills **Disclaimer** **We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.** J&J Worldwide Services CBRE Government and Defense Business is thrilled at the opportunity for you to apply to one of our roles. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000.
