This role is part of the GFiber Engineering organization Architecture team, that builds the E2E Back office Systems managing and operating the business and Operations function and core products, that serves our customers.
**Role Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead ERP Supply Chain & Financial Systems Architect to join our team and lead our major technology transformation and migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing Workday, SAP, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, and SAP Concur, as well as a proven track record of designing, Integrating and implementing complex ERP systems. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive E2E architecture for our ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms.
**In this role, you'll:**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive E2E architecture for our ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms.
+ Lead the Architecture and design new ERP, Employee & Payroll systems, Supply Chain, and Financial systems modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and process optimization.
+ Develop architecture roadmap for Enterprise systems & developing rollout & migration plans
+ Manage Architecture roadmap for the transformation journey.
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and business users on Employee & payroll systems, Supply Chain, and Financial systems matters.
+ Conduct evaluation and optimization of ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs. Understanding of Trends in the space and guiding the org
**At a minimum we'd like you to have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP, Supply Chain, Enterprise and Financial systems.
+ Experience with leading architecture, implementing designs and integrating Enterprise Corporate systems - SAP S/4 HANA, Coupa, and Workday.
+ Understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial systems principles & best practices
**It's preferred if you have:**
+ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
+ 12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP, Supply Chain, Enterprise and Financial systems.
+ Experience in Design and implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects and delivering overall solution architectures for Backoffice platforms
+ Experience with Cloud and security architecture
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to Lead architecture and work as part of a team.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $203,300 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
