Mexico **Position Objective:** + **Identify gaps** between business processes and the ERP system + **Gather and document requirements** with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse experts + **Configure ERP** to meet business needs and align with global Ordering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse processes + **Create process flows** and **functional design documents** + **Recommend scalable solutions** that support IT and business strategies **Education & Experience Requirements:** + **Bachelor’s degree** in **Information Systems** or related field + **3–5 years’ experience** in ERP areas (Order Management, Product Configurators, Master Planning, Production Control) + **Advanced English** (conversational fluency, large vocabulary) + Expertise in at least **3 of the 5 core ERP modules** + **Preferred:** Project Management certification; experience with **Oracle** or **Dynamics AX** **Core Responsibilities:** + Provide **deep ERP support** for complex Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse management scenarios + **Gather, analyze, and document functional specifications** and ERP configuration options + Lead **user testing** across multiple business scenarios + Collaborate with **ERP developers** to ensure accurate technical implementation + Partner with business users to **optimize system usage** and promote ERP **best practices** + Support **global ERP deployments** and roll-outs + Drive **continuous improvement events** , challenging existing processes + Own system health: **deployment, uptime, monitoring, security, performance** + **Train and mentor** other professionals on ERP methods and processes + Lead **IT projects** using formal methodologies to meet cost, quality, and schedule commitments **Key Metrics & Tasks:** + **Productivity** in resolving tickets, BRQs, and supporting month-end closings + **Daily:** Ticket follow-up and resolution within SLA + **Weekly:** BRQ request gathering and resolution + **Sporadic:** Documenting ERP changes (AIM methodology) + **Monthly:** Finance transaction support and status updates to stakeholders **Tools & Systems Access:** + **MS Office** , **MS Project** , **Oracle ERP** , **Email** , **Internet** **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
