ERP Senior Manager, Tax + **Location** + Billund, Denmark + København K, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000025018 + **Category** Finance **Job Description** **Are you our new ERP Senior Manager focusing on tax and will take part in shaping the robust foundation for our ERP Transformation?** **Core Responsibilities** + Play a key part in the ERP Transformation’s tax stream as business representative for tax across design, build, test and deployment. + Work cross-functionally to translate tax requirements into clear inputs for system design, working closely with colleagues in Digital Technology, finance and implementation partner. + Identify tax process improvements enabled by the new ERP system and drive simplification where possible. + Facilitate stakeholder alignment with tax colleagues across the Group. + Lead or support tax-related data migration activities (e.g. tax codes, customer/vendor master data). + Take part in shaping and driving user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for tax-relevant functionality. + Contribute to go-live planning and post-go-live stabilisation of tax processes. + Work independently, recognized subject matter authority, able to mentor others, tasks are independently identified and defined. + May handle large projects or processes independently. **Play your part in our team succeeding** + The Global ERP Transformation team has been established to own the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and ensure the solution is future ready and supports the strategic ambitions of the LEGO Group. + You will be part of the tax stream that is accountable for end-to-end solutions and ensure that tax is considered throughout the solution scope, achievements and quality. + Work closely with tax colleagues across the organisation. ​ **Do you have what it takes ?** + Tax experience, ideally from a role in an in-house tax team working with compliance, processes and improvement projects with a Big 4 firm. + Experience in cross-functional project work or transformation initiatives. + SAP S4/HANA implementation experience, enabling you to understand both technical system implications and how it relates to the business and tax. + Project Management and proven experience with ERP implementation. + Project Management is beneficial and experience with ERP implementation is an advantage. + Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions and with external consultants. + Find joy and energy in driving tasks forward with a structured mindset, attention to detail and a proactive attitude. + Financial education above Bachelor Level, alternatively a project or program management knowledge with an understanding of integration to finance. \#EL - LI1 _Please not that a relocation budget is not offered with this role._ Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
