Summary:

The ERP Program Execution team focuses on ERP conversions, implementations, and process improvement projects for Wabtec. This team partners with the business users to implement Oracle ERP within our manufacturing and distribution sites which have been acquired or do not currently use Oracle ERP. The Order Management Subject Matter Expert will lead processes and modules related to Supply Chain Order to Cash workstream in Oracle eBusiness Suite. Wabtec has invested in a global standard ERP deployment Blueprint with a focus on detailed, visual representation of the standard processes, configurations and workflows within Oracle ERP. The ideal candidate will work to strengthen this comprehensive guide through improvement of process flows, key decision making and ERP execution standardization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive blueprint improvement opportunities as they arise in the Order to Cash workstream.Lead wing-to-wing IT projects for implementing order management solutions across Oracle modules, including Order Management, Shipping, Pricing, WMS, Depot Repair, Customs Compliance.Collaborate with functional users to recognize business processes that deviate from standard Oracle ERP, execute ERP module configurations and partner with business users for successful rollout, with heavy focus on change management and site adoption.Learn and understand business user requirements for Oracle ERP project requests and enhancement requests.Be the Subject Matter Expert/Solution Architect for Supply Chain Order To Cash processes, including collaboration with Application teams and integrations (Salesforce, CPQ)Travel to the manufacturing and distribution sites to meet with and support functional teamsSupport as-is and to-be process maps definition in coordination with functional partners in accordance with our global standard blueprint in the order management workstream.Perform fit vs. gap analysis on each requirement.  Collaborate with IT DevOps team for evaluating and implementing global solutions.Work with developers, architects and other stakeholders to define and plan global solutions for all gaps identified.Investigate existing Oracle functionality and custom solutions to determine if it will meet the functional user’s needs.Active participation or direction to third party resources in all stages of ERP migrations to ensure comprehensive data conversion and cutover plan.  Leverage and follow blueprint framework to cleanse and transfer data from legacy ERP into Oracle ERP.Partner with Global Process leads to support of training users how to perform their business processes in Oracle and use OBIEE ReportsProactively identify corrective actions to address potential project delays & perceived risksSupport existing sites as the focal point for order management demands and inquiries about general order to cash functionality

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT related field (MIS, Computer Science, IT Security or Supply Chain)5 Year experience using an ERP, preferably Oracle, or executing ERP Projects5 Year experience in Project ManagementAble and willing to travel 25%Fluent in English

Physical Demands:

Employee is required to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day.Employee may be in a sitting position for several hours per day, but work can be performed from a standing desk.Employee must be able to read small text on computer screens/monitors.Employee will follow hybrid work schedule.
