About This Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, develop solutions, and production support activities. What You’ll Gain: Real-world experience in ERP system operations and implementation Exposure to enterprise business processes and technology solutions Opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment Skill development in ERP tools, business analysis, and IT support Responsibilities Assist in daily ERP system operations and user support Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders Develop Reports in Oracle APEX, Billing Platform and Aptitude (AAH) Help troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, and Supply Chain Learn and apply best practices in ERP system usage and support Qualifications Requirements: Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. 3.0 GPA and above; Students expected to graduate in 2026; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Eagerness to learn and take initiative Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SQL or basic programming concepts Coursework or prior experience in ERP systems or business process management Understanding of business functions such as finance, procurement, inventory, or HR InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
